Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden
The Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden, previously known as the Model Floriculture Center, is the largest tulip garden in Asia. Located in the foothills of the Zabarwan Range with an overview of Dal Lake, it was opened in 2007 with the aim to boost floriculture and tourism in Jammu and Kashmir. The garden is spread over an area of about 30 hectares and features more than 1.5 million tulips of different varieties.
